General Announcements

We experience a high volume of invoices at this time of year due to the government fiscal year end.  Please submit your invoices prior to March 26, 2024 to ensure timely reimbursement.
If you are experiencing an error when submitting your claim and you are using Google Chrome, please try an alternate browser such as Microsoft Edge.
UPDATE:  Change in amount of time you need to keep your financial records.
Your legal agreement with the program may still read that you need to keep financial records for 10 years. The number of years you need to retain your records to substantiate your claims for reimbursement has been reduced from 10 years down to 7 years. More record-keeping information is located here for FSCD and here for PDD-FMS.
IMPORTANT: Remember to go to your My Claims tab to print and/or electronically save your OCR Invoices (on your computer) once they have been submitted.
